The Lore:
Toy Ham Vortan was a psychic medium and healer who lived in the city of Ashrest during the early dark times of the Southwestern Bellows. According to his biographies, he began channeling in his late teens and established ongoing communication with a group of extraterrestrials called the Intergalactic Council.
Through these sessions, Toy was shown terrifying future events. He was also taught about an especially potent strain of cosmic flora called Bright Diamond Star. When enjoyed by practitioners, this plant allows access to the Halls of Esoteric Knowledge hidden high in the upper reaches of the collective consciousness.
Although the volumes of Toy’s frightening predictions have long since been destroyed, Bright Diamond Star is still lovingly cultivated by Warlocks and Witches throughout the region today.
